Problem with DVD player

I have a problem with reading, and playing dvd moviesw on cyber home dvd player.I use dvdShrink to resize the movies and with nero I burn it on maxell or verbatim media.Beautiful mind I put directly from nero to dvd because it was 4.7 and nero just create an image and burned it.This disc work in dvd player.But my other movies I cannot play on this player.When I burned them in nero I choose Dvd (iso) option and not a dvd video.I don't know is this a reason why don't work it on dvd player.Please all people who work with this to explain my what is the problem.Thanks.And this is a way how I make movie to fit on 4.7.I ripped it with dvddecrypter on my hard drive ,all files and with dvd shrink I resize it to can fit,and than burn with nero.And it for examlpe lord of the rings cannot play on cyber home dvd player.What is the problem and how I can make it to work.Thanks.:confused:

But why are you not using DVD VIDEO option while burning with Nero?

In my opinion it is more better to use UDF/ISO format. If this doesn´t help try ImgTool from CouJo (you can download them on Doom9´s software page). I have never had any problem (except my faults :D ) with this great program.

When I try to burn with ImgTool it wrote down "please insert blank media" I insert new maxwell 4.7 and click on burn but it eject me a disc and wrote the same massege.I reinstall nero 5.5.10.20 and try again but without reselt,yhe same problem.How to solve this?I have Win xp,and pioneer a-04 writer if those mean something

It looks like your burning device is unable load new medium. It could be some HW problem. Try to check if:

your compilation is smaller than 4 700 000 000 B

it is possible to burn your compilation with other burning tool on RW? (if you have none you can make an image and burn it with DVD Decrypter)

your media is sure -R

Img tool now work.I burn one maxell disc with forrest gump.I hope it will work on stand alone player.I burned in video mode from nero 5.5.10.20 but it won't play on Cyber Home.but now I think it will be compatibile with the most players

Which ImgTool are you using? Before burning, trying to doing "Get VTS Sectors" on your IFOs using IFOedit. Here's the procedure>http://ifoedit.wh.fr0zen.com/calcsec.html. It maybe possible that you might have sector addresses off in your files. If you don't get any errors, then it won't do anything. You'll know if you do.

I use imgtoll 1.00.4.I will try it with ifo.Today I burned one dics with imgtool,first it won't work but now I succed,and one disc with imgtoolclasic.It create an image and then I burned it with dvd decrypter I hope one of them will work if not I will try with ifo.Thanks

My friends stand alone player recognize movie which I burned with Imgtool 1.00.4.This is a wonderful progrom.Thanks to his author who save my nerves.If everyone need help just write down.I have problem with this a 3 last month's but now I am very proud on my work:)
