Hi,
I upgraded D2S from 1.1.2 Build 1 to 1.1.3 Build 2, after the upgarde as soon as D2S opens CCE and specify the AVS file, it crashes. I even tried to manually open CCE and add the AVS file, same problem. Then I changed my AVISYNTH file version from 2.0.8 to 2.0.7, same problem. I uninstalled D2S 1.1.3 Build 2 and installed it with AVISYNTH 2.51 this time, same problem.
Then, I uninstalled D2S 1.1.3 Build 2 and also uninstalled AVISYNTH and made sure that there's no AVISYNTH file in Windows\system32 and installed D2S 1.1.2 build 1 again, WORKS like a charm.
I am using Windows XP PRO with SP1 and CCE version is 2.50 SP. I think somewhere during the installation of D2S 1.1.3 build 2 something is not getting registered properly that causes the CCE to crash the moment AVS file is specified. It doesn't let me even save an ECL file.
Thanks for all your help in advanced. I am not sure if this is a bug or its me so I am not reporting this as a bug yet, till someone else confirms its a problem.
Best Regards,
Amit Chugh
