external case for DVD-R

hello, i'm about to buy a DVD-R drive (pioneer 105) and I was considering buying a case to use it as an external USB2.0 dvd-r, does any case work or are there special external-cases for dvd-r units?

you can buy any external case with usb 2.0 in it(except for hd only),their are just some electronics in it to make it work on a usb or firewire port. i can even use my sony dvd-+r externburner case for that. It works pefect.i can now burn 2 dvd's at the same time cause one goed through ide and the other one through usb 2.0. hope this helps
