Could you please tell me what the IP is for your site, menuedit.dimad.net, as I am having a lot of trouble connecting. No one else seems to have trouble getting into your site, but I always get a message saying the menuedit.dimad.com cannot be found. I need the IP to see if it may be a DNS problem on my end. If you do not know how to obtain the IP, do a Lookup at the following site for menuedit.dimad.net and it should tell you the IP.

http://network-tools.com/

Anyone have any ideals what the issue might be. It must be my end or my ISP, as no one else is reporting problems connecting. Any comments, ideals, suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If I can connect, I am seriously thinking about registering, but in order to do that, I have to connect first. Thanks. Later.

His IP address is 66.246.108.147, but the server uses virtual hosting. In order for you to connect without outside DNS you must make an entry in your hosts file. This file is in c:\windows and has NO extension. If you do not have the file, create it.
This is the entry you will need:
66.246.108.147 menuedit.dimad.net

That took care of it. Thanks very much for your help. I am assuming my ISP has blocked that server or something. You might know more about it than I. I learned some things on local hostsing in the process. Very interesting stuff. Thanks again for your help. Later.

@ Acerjen: Glad, you are through now.

@MPUCoder: thanks for answer, I had no idea how it is done under windows.

Maybe this sound too technical for certain people, but DIMAD.NET domain seems not to be well spread, due to the incorrect handling of DNS server of the registrar for that domain.

First I try to check public info about the domain:

C:\>whois -h whois.internic.net dimad.net

Registrar: GO DADDY SOFTWARE, INC.

Domain servers in listed order:
NS1.BIDFORHOST.COM
NS2.BIDFORHOST.COMSecond I check cached domain info from my local ISP server:

C:\>nslookup
Default server: dns2.red.retevision.es
Address: 62.81.0.33

> set type=ANY
> dimad.net
Server: dns2.red.retevision.es
Address: 62.81.0.33

Non authoritative answer:
dimad.net nameserver = NS1.BIDFORHOST.COM
dimad.net nameserver = NS2.BIDFORHOST.COM
NS1.BIDFORHOST.COM internet address = 66.246.110.42
NS2.BIDFORHOST.COM internet address = 66.246.110.43Normally the info is not cached and points you to the original server. We try to use that server as default, but the name doesn't exist  It only works by using the real IP address shown before. If a DNS is relying in the names (not usual) it will fail to gain an authoritative answer.

(1049557062 28800 7200 3600000 86400)It's a shame that the SOA (Start Of Authority) register point to a non-existant name in the internet ... it's seems harder and harder nowadays to find people who can properly configure a DNS server (and fuck, I'm unemployed already for 14 months  )

(1049582036 28800 7200 3600000 86400)What can I say? It's really a mess ... the domain appears as property of the organization that registered it, not Dimad himself, and the official nameserver is not properly working. Furthermore, the internal stored data of the domain points to another different nameserver (not even stated as secondary before). A madness for DNS proxies and DNS caches out there that may not comply with full BIND RFC's ...

Thanks for pointing this out. I'll verify if my host provider has changed DNS and forgot to notify me  so that I can change it with my registrar.

Good luck with your job search.
