Anybody knows how to encode Vorbis Files with 2 languages?
Is there any tool to extract video and audio ?

I think VirtualDubMod will do the trick.

VirtualDubMod did it, I always tried VirtualDub !

Yeah, VirtualDubMod works great now for demuxing. For a while I wasn't using it since it wasn't able to extract the subtitle streams as well and I used the command based ogmdumuxer. Now VDMod is great, though, I still wont use it to merge OGMs and still use OGGMux, but I like to use it to chapter files that weren't chaptered.
I also use winamp to decode the ogg to wav. That way I don't have any problems with TMPGEnc...
