how to use logoaway

I am trying to use logo away to take off some logos from a mpg video.. It's really disturbing that logo..
I am trying to use this filter in virtualdub but I don't know how to proceed.

In the latest version of logoaway it seems to be possible to specify exactly what frames or series of frames you want blurred. Could someone post an example of how to do it. Thanks :)
