Hi all,
I've been using this app since it's first appearance,
but for some different uses people may want to know.
Besides the fact that it allows to make copies of
DVD-Video movies, it's the perfect solutoin for people
that, as myself, want to put as much video as possible
on their own video productions. I make my own home
videos and little films with familly and holiday
scenes.
The problem is that when I use Instant Copy in this case,
I have the Video Folder with my .IFO files defining
the structure of disks I've created with an app well
known called Ulead DVD Workshop. It allows me to make
great DVD movies with my menus and a lot of extras I work
on. The problem comes with Instant Copy encoding this.
I was once succesful on getting 4,34 Gbytes, but after
applying the patches and several tricks for the registry
now I'm not able to reduce this final disks to that size,
and instead of that InstantCopy ALWAYS makes the image
of 4,74 Gbytes. No matter what I change, I always get
more space that what can be transfered to a normal DVD-R
or DVD+R.
Can anyone please give some point about this fact? I've tried
to reinstall everything, but I've never been able again
to get images below the 4,74 Gbytes limit.
Sorry if I have annoyed anyone with this big message.. but
big problems require big solutions...
Take care, and happy burning :-(
