Info asked about the 'Create IFOs'-command

I am about to rejoin a splitted dvd. I would like to use the 'Create IFOs'-command in IfoEdit. I have already tried it but aferwards I have to correct info about the audio, subs and subcolors by hand. Is this the only information I will lose or are there more things I have to pay any attention to and correct after the creating of the new ifos?
