Anyone experience this where it takes an 8 gig DVD image and produces an 8 gig result??? what the hell? Its set for automatic resizing..but its not compressing it at all!

I've had that happen before, although I dont have it set to automatic resize. I'd have it set to customized and it wouldnt even pop up the dialog to let me do so. It would just start copying. Well, anyways after it started doing that I canceled it, and restarted my computer and it worked normally.

it's strange how you guys get these freaky results and I would love to see if mine did the same and hopefully find out why it does it but I don't have Jurassic Park set :(
atreides93, what DVD was it that did it to you?
I'm sure another guy had they same problem with his home movies, so I wonder what it is?

It was a star trek episode dvd. I wonder now if its cause i mounted the ISO image and told IC 7 to copy it from the "dvd-rom" drive that daemon tools provides. This time I rebooted and then told it to copy from the hard drive and gave it the folder where my video_ts titles were.

I've had problems with "PEARL JAM - TOURING BAND 2000" DVD.
IC doesn't want to get an image lower than 5.81 Gb. Original size is 7.63 Gb

I believe that happens when the IC7 ASAPI drivers are not installed and/or you've set it to use ASPI in the configuration.
