Farscape - guide to bypassing intros

Applies to Farscape NTSC R1

This works for Season 1 and Season 2. I have tested it on almost every DVD so far with excellent results. It will bypass FBI and intros and go right the main menu.

1. Open VTS_02_0.IFO in IFOEdit
2. Go to VTS_PGCITI
3. Go to VTS_PGC_1
4. Scroll down to "PGC Program Map:"
5. Now Change each program to the shortest Cell since this is a blank video stream less than a second. Most of the time it is 1

- Edit each by double clicking on each one
- Find the shortest cell by scrolling down and looking for the
shortest playback time (i.e. 00:00:00.15 - less than 1 second)

I'm an IfoEdit noob...can anyone explain this step? It's fine until this point, then it gets ambiguous.

Note that the "preferred" way to do this, these days, is by using PgcEdit or Vobblanker... There are guides to do just that on PgcEdit's site, and vobblanker's site... Both programs use fairly sophisticated techniques to take care of all special cases (and there's quite a few of them), ensuring that navigation isn't broken when you bypass the unwanted stuff...
