Codec shoot-out 2002 2nd installment points to a codecs.rar instead of an html doc

i noticed while going through the MPEG-4 Codec shoot-out 2002 2nd installment to look back at the vp4 screen shots the link doesn't take me to an html file but instead it seems that the whole thing as been archived into a rar. Was normal or was it done to just save some space/bandwidth?

it's both for manageability and bandwith. installment 3 will also be compressed once the new comparison goes online. There are so many files associated to a comparison that it seriously clutters up the site structure.. you don't want another 100 files or so lying around if you don't need them.
