PLEASE HELP WITH SVCD's (2 audio languages)

Hi there
Id like to know how to mux 2 audio languages in one svcd and also mux one subtitle file in the same.
What program should i use? I own VCDEasy but it doesnt stand for it, so i dunno what program to use...

Have you looked at DVD2SVCD? It supports both multiple audio tracks as well as selectable subtitles, and Doom9 has a guide.
