I am making reference to http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=15623 and have attached bits of the message below..

"Enhancement: You can now encode in MPEG2 but use MPEG1 (VCD) when muxing and authoring. This should help some who can't watch SVCD's only VCD's on their DVD (I know Panasonic can, using this method). All you have to do is go into the bbMPEG tab, dropdown the bbMPEG advanced features and doubleclick on MPEG1."

Is it only my that doesn't have this option. I do not get the advanced features dropdown on the bbMPEG tab of my DVD2SVCD. Please help...

I am sorry if I seem to be an annoyance...

You have to make sure you are in advanced level in the MISC tab. Keep this (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=49969) in mind though, as nobody has been able to figure out how to use this method without increasing the disk image by 100MB or so.

pacohaas thank you so much...

Now that I know how to do it and reading about the problems people are having (audio and video not in sync and the great size of the .bin) I say to myself WHAT THE....however, I would be grateful if someone could find a way to overcome these problem. I tried the header trick plugin last night for the first time and I did get the audio and video out of sync problem (massively out of sync). Didn't take any notice of the .bin file size because I was testing it on just a karaoke chapter.

Thank you once again...
