how to crop video into a circle?

Hello everyone!
I currently use Adobe Premiere & After Effects (Production Bundle). I want to know how I can crop a video and crop it as a circle and put it in my DVD Menu. In the DVD Menu, I allready created a golden circle. I want to crop my video ---> make (crop) it into a circle ----> and have it sort of blended into the circle I already made in the DVD Menu.

I'm not sure if I have your intentions right but I'll try.

You could put the video you want cropped in the video 1 track and then overlay a circle in video track 2. Then use a chroma key or other transparency effect to make the middle of the circle transparent, then you'd have your video in the middle of a circle.
