I have the panasonic DMR-E30 DVD-Ram/DVD-R recorder. When i record something on a RAM Disk, then i put it in my pc (which also got a RAM-drive) i can copy the VRO file fine to my harddisk, then i can demux it put it back properly to a vob (with ifo-edit).
The final result plays fine on my pc. If i make an image from it and burn it to a dvd-R, it still plays fine on my pc, even on my xbox, but not on my E-30. I've noticed that this player seems to be very picky about what it plays. Maybe my image is not 100% compatible with the real DVD-Video specs. Is there any way to test if your image is completely compatible ? I don't feel like wasting anymore dvd-r's but i would like to transfer the movies from my ram disks to dvd-r...
