I burned a multi-episode DVD using Nero 5.5.10.20. It will play in my computer, but in my panasonic stand alone player it has problems. The fbi warning comes up, and so does the dvd menu, but it takes awhile for the menu to come up and I can hear the standalone player search for about 10 sec before i get anyhting. If I try to go to the scene selection or play the disk, it hangs and doesn't do anything. I have no clue what it could be and have wasted 3 dvds on this.

I am using verbatim DVD-r burning @ 1x in my pioneer A03.
The stand alone is a panasonic DVD-S35, which is brand new and claims to play DVD-Rs

Sounds like an authoring issue.

i had a similar problem also. i tried using recordnow max, and it worked fine. my panasonic seemed to be really picky in that other dvd players like apex and jvc's will play those burned with nero. did not have good luck with nero, better with recordnow.
