A search would have given you these threads (http://forum.doom9.org/search.php?s=&action=showresults&searchid=45812&sortby=lastpost&sortorder=descending). See question 18 in the Audio FAQ (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=7633) Please review the forum rules (http://forum.doom9.org/forum-rules.htm). You've missed Rule #1, and this is not the first time.

Can't you read????????
Answer to Q18: there isn't any free tool that can decode the DTS track, so transcoding is not an option!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You'll find more info at www.dtstech.com -- I did. DTS sells hardware encoders, but they also have partners with low cost software encoders. Minnetonka's Sure Code CD-DTS is only US$499 (Doom9 has a guide to use this with BeSure), their DVD-DTS is $1995, Steinberg's Nuendo DTS encoder will be available this quarter, estimated to be €990, though of of course, it's an add-on to their Nuendo product set.
For decoding, DTS has a Software Developers Kit (SDK), which appears to be priceless, designed for contracted DTS partners developing hardware products (such as DVD players).
Ain't www.google.com amazing?

I don't think you will even find any commercial products that can convert dts to wav, although there a few that do wav to dts, I have Surcode and it works nicely. I have fruitlessly searched google many times looking for something that can do dts > wav. The wav > mp2 shouldn't be too difficult though.

See the 4/28 news at www.doom9.org -- there is now a product available that can decode DTS to 6 linear PCM (.wav) files.
