AC3 cut and paste...how to do that?

I want to cut X seconds from ac3 file 1 and paste into ac3 file 2. Both are dd5.1. How can I accomplish this without have to decode/re-encode into six separate waves? What tool should I use?

you can loselessly cut streams and join streams with BeSplit.
if you need to merge a ntsc ac3 stream with a pal ac3 stream, you'll need to transcode that ntsc part into pal, and join afterwards.

and don't ask me for commandlines. read the manual. search for old posts.
