adding to forum rules

i seen some threads where newbies started saying "i downloaded this movie from the net..." and then see moderator say "rule #6" and then they might not get any help; when i look at #6 it says "No warez, cracks or serials!"

i'd always wondered why moderators didn't help, but a month ago i saw this http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=43617 so that's probably why.

when i think of warez, i think of softwares and pc games, not downloaded movies, others may think so too, since the forum rules don't really cover "no talking about downloaded movies" i think this should be added so people will stop asking for this type of help.

for those who don't know, it's "i got this avi(movie)" not "i downloaded this movie"

I recently added a sticky to further explain our position on this to three forums. Since then there have been no problems concerning downloaded movies in those forums. So, I agree, there is a lack of understanding about it.
I think our basic philosophy is "We will not knowingly participate or assist in any illegal activity". This is stated in the site disclaimer, but needs to be restated in the rules.
