whats the best TMPGEnc settings?

hi there
i d like to know which are the best setting for TMPGenc to make a vcd or svcd type backup of dvd movies that have an aspect ratio of 19:6?
I want the vcd or svcd to see exactly the same aspect ratio of the dvd, and probably that could save me some space because its not full screen and i could use that space to give it more quality... am i right?

There are default profiles for SVCD and VCD's in TMPEG. When you load your source video and audio file.
Then go to the bottom right and press the load button, there you can select one of the Profiles for SVCD or VCD. Im not sure which when you want to use, so view the options they have enabled.
