Best CD-RW/DVD-ROM combo?

Greetings.

I want to buy a CD-RW drive (finally), so I thought I might aswell get one of those CD-RW/DVD-ROM combos.. I know that if it were CD-RW only, it would have been Teac (tried and trusted, and Plextor is too expensive for me), but I don't see any Teac Combo's, I only see LG, Samsung, Toshiba.. I guess I could find some others aswell.

So can I ask for advice? Which manufacturer could I trust?

I'm on my 4th LG CDRW drive (i keep replacing for a fater version) and my house mate has a LG CDRW/DVD ROM drive and never had any problems with them at all
