Problem with "Sum of all fears"

Hi, I tried to reencode my .m2v file from 4.431 MB to 4.000 MB with TMPGEnc 2510 but this program that I used many times doesn't work this time. It states that the process of reencondig to Average Bitrate of 4600k will last 88 hours and after some time like half an hour it dicreases fast but I got no new file.
Any idea about what's happening ?

Sorry about my last post, but I really got a new reencoded file. The problem is that I didn't get a file with the 4000 MB I want, but only with 900 MB. Also his average bitrate disd't change from original 5110 Kbps to 4600 Kbps, but to 1100 Kbps.

I checked twice my definitions and all are OK. It's not a mistake.

I don't understand what's happening. I used TMPGEnc 2510 many times with no problems, but this time with "The sum of all fears" it didn't work right.

Any help ?
