Sorry for the lacks of updates, I don't have enough time for the moment.

maybe it's a bug. maybe it's not but...

I associated .avs files with avisyntheditor. Every time I click on an .avs file, avisyntheditor opens but it doesn't load the .avs file.

In current version, you have to use inside menu "Options\Register AVS files".

I associated .avs files with avisyntheditor using the right-click popup menu, then "open with" option and then selecting avisyntheditor as the default editor.

Since this isn't working, I then associated .avs files with ultraedit.

I tried your suggestion (i.e. register avisyntheditor as default editor of .avs file). I then clicked on an .avs file but it still opened in ultraedit. I close avisyntheditor. Reregistered avisyntheditor as the default editor. I clicked on an .avs file in windows explorer. It still opened in ultraedit.

Also is there any chance to add tabs so I don't have to open multiple instances of avisyntheditor?
