I have recoreded a stereo file (in Dolby prologic).
Is-it possible to use a Dolby Prologic 2 effect on it to obtain 6 mono wav and use them to create an ac3 file.
I know that I can crete a 2.0 ac3 file, but it will be better if I can use the other channels. I know that the result would not be good, but, I just want to try it
Thanks

I would just decode the prologic file to two waves using besweet, then encode them to ?all 6 channels? in AC3Machine or Soft Encode(Soft Encode will automatically do a low-pass filter for the LFE). Is that what you're trying to do?

not really (or I haven't find the good option)
In softencode, I can create an AC3 file withe left, right and LFE
What I want is to create with a prologic decompression, 5.1 channel that I can multiplex to create an AC3 file

Well - Prologic isn't a 5.1 audio source, so you'll have to duplicate some of the channels to make up for the channels in the 5.1 AC3, which is really of no benefit other than all your speakers are playing instead of three. In fact, it would probably sound better in the original format.
In order to do that, just decode to wave files, then import the wave files more than once, depending on where you want each channel, into soft encode. Choose which speaker you want to do what on the left, and then encode your 5.1. (Check your options to make sure you're encoding 3/2 with LFE enabled.)
Good luck!
