Best programs for 128 VBR MP3 CD ripping and Encoding???

I have been out of the CD ripping game for a while (too much Divx Ripping). First I need a good CD ripping program and second I need a MP3 encoder which uses the Lame 3 codec. I also want it to automatcialy name the MP3 files and Tags with that online CD database.
