tmpgenc freezes

Hello-
Ive used tmpgenc many times before and works perfectly fine. Now I tried using it on a computer that I have built. The computer has no problems, but when im encoding, after 30 minutes into the encoding, the program (tmpgenc) freezes. I am running on a 2.4 ghz, 512 ddr 333mhz ram. I have no overclocked my system at all. Can someone please help me? Ive tried many times, and same thing. Please respond. Thanks. -JASON (jason@maxdesigngroup.com).

an idea u might try
go to source range and choose 10 seconds before the part it freezes and choose approx 20 seconds after
EG: film freezes at 30mins so u start the range at 29:50seconds and end range at 30:20
that way u will know if its your movie or your pc
