I created a m2v file with TMPGEinc and created a surround sound file using besweet. Once I try to author the dvd using DVDit 2.5 I immediately get an error in DVDit that says "c:\dvd.m2v:The data rate 0f this file is too high for DVD. You must replace the file with one of a lower data rate"

What did I do wrong when I originally made the .m2v file in TMPGEinc?
Or is this a problem with DvdIt?

Your overall bitrate is too high. The video and audio must add up to less than the 9.8Mbps max you have available. Do a search here on the forum. There is plenty of information about this.

Thanks.. I lowered the max bit rate and recreated the M2v file.. Worked out great..
