Hi,
just a question about subtitles and IfoEdit. Yesterday I backed up a movie with 32 subtitles (uff!). The main movie VTS contained several PGCs, so I did it using CCE, Maestro and IfoUpdate. However, once the project was finished I realized that subtitle strings where not correctly assigned to their corresponding languages and menu buttons (that is, you press the spanish subtitles button in the menu and it displays german subs, for exemple). Some other subs didn't seem to appear at all, although I put them in the Maestro project.
Now considering Maestro takes its time everytime you compile a project, I don't want to spend lots of time putting subs in the right order in the Maestro project. Does anybody know of a way to change the order (I guess the ID stremas of subpictures) in the IFO with IFOEdit? I would like for exemple to exchange the position of the third and the forth subtitle streams...
Thanks.

What up Fmazzanti!:D

It's simple. Go to your movie's IFO / VTS_PGCITI / VTS_PGC_1 / Substream Status section. Comparing your new status' to your original ones and put them back in the right place. I'd start from the bottom up so that you can see the value above that needs to be moved or you could write them values down and type them in. You could also double click left click and right click to copy to another stream # if you don't want to type.

Hey 2COOL, machote (=spanish slang)
actually I was waiting for your answer :D :D
I'll try that. I thought this was going to be easy, and (as always) you confirmed that. Thanks... that's gonna save lots of time.
BTW, I keep using your tricks every now and then. Number 1 is adding the number of post commands to the number of pre commands to bypass playback of unwanted streams... works always ;)
