Okay, this is probably really easy and I'm really stupid, but I've already put the main movie on disc 1 using Instant Copy to convert it from 5.x gigs to 4.36gigs. I just want to put all the extras on disc 2, but how do I strip the main movie from the file list using ifoedit?

Well, this is what I would do if you want your movie and menu on Disk 1 and your extras w/menu on Disk 2.
On disk 1, find out which Title Sets are for your extras and drag them to a separate folder. Get VTS sectors to correct IFOs in your movie folder. Use MenuEdit to delete your Extras button in your main menu since there will be no extras to access. Preview your movie and if it works for you, process through IC 7.
On disk 2, basically, the files your really need is all your original files except your movie VOBs. Follow this guide I wrote.
Keeping Bonus Materials and Menu Guide (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=45274)
I hope everything works for you.;)

2COOL, do you know of a way to put a stripped movie back with the extras? Example, I'm backing up The Emperor's New Groove. It has angles, if you remove angle 2 and keep only the English 5.1 audio it makes the main movie only like 3.18 GB, which leaves room for extras too. Any thoughts anyone as to how to put a stripped movie back with the extras? Thanks!

@Josh
If you do any stripping, the new files should be in a separate destination folder. Just copy over the rest of the remaining files over from your source folder to see if everything would fit. I hope I understood you correctly.

2COOL, having trouble doing it. I tried copying over the files from the source cd on my computer to the folder with the stripped movie (not copying over the new files) and it's not working. I tried a Get VTS secotrs and I got a warning from ifoedit saying it found a vob file with a menu table in it and that I shold delete it. Any thoughts?
