I made a son-file from an SSA as I have done many times before...
But when I load it into Maestro it only displays 140 pictures but I got way over 700:(
The ones missing are just random pics.

I was about to suggest a timecode error, but u r missin random subs. U have to be more specific, even post your son file.

I found a solution...
There is nothing wrong with the SON-file...
I loaded another m2v-file from a previous project in to Maestro...
All the subs are perfect with this file
Then I removed the m2v-file again and replaced it with the original m2v.
The subs are still perfect and the final DVD is perfect.
New question:
1. Why do I have to trick Maestro into displaying the subs???
2. Where is the difference between the two m2v-files? I made them the same way

Does your m2v is actually the original from the movie and not reancoded? If yes then there r timecode gaps in and that's why the son file acts so weird.

Okay... How do I prevent this?:(

I am afraid u can't, or at least I don't know a prog that can do this. U can reset timecode by re-encoding but its out of question in this case.
The approach u did is quite smart and correct.

Well I’ll just have to save that file then.:p
Is this related to the pulldown thing??? I never understood why you have to do this, so I never have... All my previous projects have come out perfekt.:)
Well this last thing was made from an AVI-file. I`ve never done that before.:p
