I get Video and Audio in Bsplayer but no subs

I downloaded all the tools and when i play the movie in Winamp i get the subs and video but static audio....then in bs i get audio and video but the system trey pop up doesn't show for the subs please help.

Winamp is a Audio player. Never play a movie in it. In bsPlayer, you load the movie, then you load the subs. Right click on the movie, and check the option to display the subs. As easy as that.

In some version of BSPlayer the default color for subs is black. Maybe that's the reason you won't see them.

Are you watching a OGM file?
if the answer is yes, uninstall subtitds, try bsplayer 494 (in the offical page-nightly builds), set overlay mode 1 and set the font colour to white.
The subs will appear by default unless you check "Dont show substitles at default" in subtitles config.
