DivX 5.0.3 encoding parameter discussion?

Hi!
Is there any article about the new DivX 5.0.3 encoding parameters?
Filters, n-pass etc.
What's your opinion about n-pass encoding? Have you really seen any quality improvements by using a 3-pass encoding instead of the 'traditional' 2-pass?
