Okay, title basically says it all, but I just wanted to ask in this forum. Frankly, I've been looking at ifoEdit and reading some of the guides, and while I'm not usually one to walk away from something because it's a little tough, I don't really see the point of removing everything in IfoEdit before I bring everything into Instant Copy. And I'm kinda not really in the mood to learn the in's and out's of ifoEdit, but I will if someone will please explain why it's important that I should.

Also, is there an easy to use guide setup on how to strip unwanted extras with IfoEdit and then use Instant Copy to make the final disc image?

this may help (http://www.deano.dsl.pipex.com/backup/index.htm)

guide no.1 has all the stripping info you want

and the IC gide shows you stuff to look out for

For me the most important reason is that when removing titles with IC7 the chance is big that you end up with a DVD that won't play properly in a standalone DVD player. This as IC7 is not capable (yet) to adapt the IFO files in a correct way when removing titles, which to my opinion the reason why this feature is disabled by default. It simply butchers away too much and in a wrong way as explained in detail by MisterX in other threads on this board.
