I have a couple DVD's produced by FOX video. They always start with a "commercial" title for another DVD and force you to watch it before getting to the feature flick.
What is the best way to edit out that title before sending it to IC or DVD95Copy? I've "hacked" at it but would prefer a better way of removing that title completely.
Thanks,
Robert

IfoEdit is THE tool for stripping out unwanted streams as logos, copyrights, etc... read on the guides at www.doom9.org. it's pretty easy to do that. However, sometimes you strip more that you should, and the project becomes then unplayable. Anotehr tachtics is to keep the streems, but skip their playbeack (either using the 'Delete Playback' button of IfoEdit or by editing pre/post commands in the Ifo file). That's safer because you do not remove anything that may be needed afterwards at playback time... but also takes more room on the DVD, thus letting you less for reencoding the video.
You see, your program is IfoEdit, and if you haven't used it before, take your time to get used to it. It's not really obvious...

try these stripping guides
how to strip and prepare the DVD (http://www.deano.dsl.pipex.com/backup/prepare.htm)
if you strip it right you get working DVD's everytime

I know how to use Ifoedit (somewhat). What I'm asking is how to make another PGC or title play first instead of the advertisements. That's more than just stripping.

just strip it out, messing about with the ifo's takes too long
and then you can have the extra space for the rest of the DVD :), albeit a few MB's
if not and you wann mess about in the IFO's, try 2COOL's excellent guides HERE (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=43142)
