MaestroSBT and subtitles format

Hi everyone.
Can I load .SUB (after VobSub) into MaestroSBT, and save as .SUB?
I've got subtitles after ripping by VobSub (PAL system), and I wanna convert it on NTSC - using MaestroSBT (or should I use some other soft?).
