I need some subtitles help

I've had this problem with other movies, but I'll give xXx as an example. Basically I want just the subs that are supposed to be shown in the movie (like when they are speaking in Russian) how do I get those with out getting all the English subs?

Well I don't know if this was the correct way of doing it (sure not easy way) but basicly I followed:

and saved the file as a srt
edited the srt file and removed all the non forced subtitles and renumbered them (there is only 30 er so forced subs in xXx, so only took about 30min to do it by hand) Really should be an easyer way of doing this for dvd2svcd.

Are you using DVD2SVCD?

If so search alien subtitles.
