need script for Y legal values

Sorry for asking this again, but I'm in a hurry and I need the best way to fit a 0-255 range Video into YUV values for PAL (16,235 ?) trying not to clip the highlights, I mean, trying to compress the range not just deleting values between 235 and 255.

Be sure to check you source before the filter with "Histogram()" to check whether it actually needs scaling (in YV12 mode it will show out-of-range values in a different color).
