Noob Question, how do I do a Sample ?

I've ripped quite a few DVD's I own using the guide on here and everything has gone well. What I would like to do is just capture about 2 mins of it as a sample.

I've checked through the FAQ's and can't seem to see anything suitable so would someone be able to offer me some help on this please. I'd liek it in a .MPEG format.

I don´t really believe that you´ve read the FAQ and the Q&A. Please read all the stickies before posting something like this.

You can
-only convert 1 chapter
-use frame selection

to get a sample encode. I´m sure you would have found this within 5 minutes by searching the forum (instead of waiting 5 days to be able to post).
