Xvid codec/filter problem...please help

Xvid works perfectly fine (video plays), but when I go to "Properties" in WMP6.4, I doesn't show "Xvid" as a filter in use. How can I fix this so that it will display the filters in use? Please reply! Thanks.

I don't use any directshow filters, only the xvid codec. This problem occurs with ANY version of xvid...i can't get the xvid dialog to show...screenshot is included.http://www.geocities.com/twetty_bird08/xvid.jpg

AFAIK only directshow filters are shown in the properties dialog.

Giggleface if your not prepared to post more detail then don't expect any help. What kilg0r3 said is correct, without dshow filters you wont get any properties to change. Go install ffdshow to get lots of options and read up on forum rules and the FAQs before posting again.
