I found this out after a lot of swearing! :rolleyes:
Apparantly DVX reallocates your plugin directory to it's own, so you might run in to troubles with AviSynth not loading the plugins you'd expect it to do.
The only "solution", if you want it to point to the original files is to uninstall, letting it remove the pointer to the plugin dir, and reinstall again.
I strongly suggest the DVX crew not to do this automatically, and let users choose if this should be so. Installing the plugins in the actual plugin dir (if one exists) is not that big a problem.
