Backing-up DVD-9 with menus and and movie only?

I cannot find a guide that explains how to back-up a DVD-9 movie retaining everything but the extra bonus stuff(directors cut, behind the scenes, etc.) What I want is the movie, subs, menu and nothing else. I am using DVD Decrypter, IFOedit 9.4, DVD2ONE 1.1, RecordNow DX and are familiar with them.
Any ideas?

There is a long thread in ifoedit forum for backing up a dvd9 to 5. Just follow it only for the stuff u want to keep.

Trilight's guide is a must also. Follow it for the main movie.
