Motion DVD Menu like Original DVD

i can create a DVD menu but it is not like the menus that comes with original DVD movie which is a video menu.....
how i can create a menu like it and which software should i use?

Not to blatantly shill for myself, but here's a thread about the particulars of what you need to keep in mind when you're making the menus (resolution, title-safe, panscan, overscan, etc.].

A warning: it's for NTSC, so for PAL, post and I'll do the math for the relevant values.
