ok guys i´ve learned my lesson about nimo ...
but it was the last drives i installed....
it wasnt working b4...but i think i solved the problem
i loaded the movie in virtualdub and it said that there were a problem with the keyframes (rebuilt the index) and a wrong bitrate of audio too (something about to add 41ms to video)
thx all i was took by despair and i´m removing the nimo junk right now...thx a lot!;)

It is better to load a stream with vbr-mp3 in virtualdubmod!
PS: all you need is gspot (http://www.headbands.com/gspot/)!
load your clips in gspot -> this tool tells you which codecs are needed to play a file and if the codecs are already installed!
if the needed codec is not installed, look in the download section of doom9.org and only download the codecs you need (no codec-packs!!!)
