I tried to encode a 45min media file. Inputed with video/audio, and I encoded @ 212kbs, looking for a 70mb file. It came out almost 70, but not VIDEO! please help why?
Also I'm trying to encode it as a .rmvb

45 minutes at 250kbps will result a ~95 Mo. Check that Helix Producer reconize your AVI. If it's just "Audio only", you won't have video in it. If so, reinstall your codecs.

This is what I've done. I took an MPEG and encoded to an avi (1-pass 1000kbs constant. I also encoded it because it was dual audio, and I only wanted one of the sides) so then I try to encode it again to rmvb. But it came out without video, then I took a clip of that media (arnd 1 min) and it encoded fine. Now I edited the video, and it encodes fine now. but don't know what the problem was

@PkmoNk:
It sounds like producer does not recognize the video in your source file. Which format is it? AVI and MOV are just wrappers, so I would like to know the format inside the AVI (or MOV), and if can you play the file in Media Player on the same system you are encoding?
Which version of producer are you using, and on which platform? If you are using the command line version, could you please add the command line parameters '-lc w,i,d,e', and send me the output?
[If this does not yield any useful information, it is also possible to have it output even more debug info by having an empty file called 'debug.txt' in the same folder as the producer exe]
