Even though I check English subtitles, the end product doesn't have english subs. Is this a glitch for this movie only? TIA.

I'm pretty sure I tested this movie with DVD2One without a problem. I chose the movie audio and director's commentary and subtitles.
It did bring Instant Copy to it's knees at about 60% (even the new patch).

I check again. It is a long movie, so I rather have the better transcoding of IC.

HOw did you include the director's commentary using Dvd2One alone? I thought it only did the movie w/o menu's and extras?

Since the a/v quality of the movie isn't that great to begin with, I figure Dvd2one will do the trick.

Director's commentary is an audio track. With DVD2One, you can keep all the audio tracks and subtitles you want.

I just selected the movie, both audio tracks and the english subs.

No menus, trailers, etc., but commentary is fair game.

This was the one movie (but it is 3 hours long) that I noticed an obvious degradation with DVD2One.

The transfer is not as bad as you think.
