I have purchased DVD2One 1.02, Dvd95Copy 1.24 and Instant Copy .114 and they all have strong spots and weak spots. Before these programs were around I'd video capture a stream via a Canopus Analog/DV firewire connection and manipulate the streams with Adobe Premiere or Ulead DVD workshop. Below is a stream rendered through Ulead DVD Workshop and outputed as a standard DVD ready folder. That folder was fed to DVd2One and its output is also listed. I viewed all the vobs and inspected the IFO to rule out any corruption issues.

However, the folder above rendered by Ulead DVD Workshop chokes both IC .114 (defaults) and DVD95copy 1.24 (evenly packed). IC hangs up after 30 minutes and DVD95Copy ends with 25 minutes to go with incomplete output. I wonder if this is occuring because DVD2one only deals with a main movie scenario while the other two has logic for menus and extras that gets confounded. Any ideas?
