Hi all,
Where I work, they give me to use a Compaq-HP Evo d510.
It's a legacy free pc where there are no ports except for 6 usb and a classic monitor port.
Is there anything that permits me to view divx on a Tv screen?
Shoul I surrender? Hope not.
thank you

I made a mistake posting my thread on Linux Section. How do i move the post on the right section?

It requires a moderator (in this case, a supermod). I'll request it.

does it not have video or svideo out hmmm strange rare too especially on compaqs
but if not u can get devices that plug into usb to give tv out better than that are ones that plug into the monitor socket like the one for pc projectors and they often if not always have ways of connecting to tv
i know there is one available from maplins for about £60 if in england
otherwise there must be others dont know specifically what they are called tho

So there is an USB to S-video. Does anyone know how to find them on the net?.

Fantastic!
It's a VGA to TV. USB only for power but that's it.
Thank you.
The next try for me is to find a schematic or pcb scheme to make it by my own.
If I don't find it. I'll buy it.
Bye
