I would much rather see you try the included Vstrip rather then any external rippers. All of the external rippers have and do occasionaly cause problems.

That is why we do not support any problems when an outside ripper is used unless it's a last resort when the 2 included fail.

Mark: personally i had problems with vstrip in the past (1 year ago). Plus it didnt want to ripp cd (the one with audio delay), and internal routines stopped on 80% approx first time, while smartripper passed everything. Anyways we will see the results from the guy :)

I tried to rip using Vstrip. But it only ripped the first two Vobs(out of a total 5).Then it proceeded to DVD2AVI.I had to stop at this point since the whole vob was not ripped.I am using WInXP Pro edition.I have not tried smartripper yet but will do so tonight.I will let you know.

Okay, just make sure u select processing mode and shave the dvd by excluding everything u dont want. Just select, video, audio that u want, and subtitle if theres any u want, as i told u before, and let us know.

It very well may have ripped the whole thing. Vstrip rewrites VOB's to fit the .99GB size(unlike most of the other rippers). If the VOB's had other information like trailers and such they will be ignored.

Before you give up that it definately didn't rip it all check them in PowerDVD or WinDVD. If it didn't rip it all for sure then move on to your next option.
