I have used DVD2One a couple of times, and it works great. I came across a weird DVD File format, and am woundering how to keep all of the menus and some of the extras. I am working on GTO Volume 5 (a 5 episode anme DVD. Here is what it looks like:

video_ts
vts_01_0
vts_01_0.vob
vts_01_1.vob
vts_01_2.vob
vts_01_3.vob
vts_01_4.vob
vts_01_5.vob
vts_01_6.vob
vts_01_7.vob

All of the video are in thoes that one series, all of the extras as well. I have been able to compress just the video, but I cant use the menues or scene selection. Any ideas?

Well, I don't see anything "weird" about it, except no ifo or bup files (unless they are those files without extensions)
However, DVD2One currently is not designed for episodic DVDs. You can choose one PGC (episode) only.
If you want multiple episodes, menus, or extras use another program, for the time being.
