Is It Possible...Rip 1 To Your HD While Ripping Another?

I have been using dvd2scvd for sometime now...it's a breeze, (excellant program I might add!) ...anyway to my question.

I was wondering if anyone has ever tried to rip another movie while they were in the process of creating another one, lets say they were at the encoding process of the rip...

Is there anyway to rip another one to your hard drive while you are running TMPGenc, BeSweet, bbMPEG, VCdxbuild?

I'm sure you cannot use dvd2svcd for the second dvd, but is there another ripper that will work?

I am running a AMD 1.33mhz with 1 gig of DDR ram...think I got the necessary power, just wondering if it is possible ( without a crash or worst that is)

:D Thanks in advance!!!

Other rippers are not supported. They can and do cause problems. On rare occasions the included rippers won't work and as a last resort others are used, but it is best to stick with the two included.

I don't know what kind potential problems that can happen, but with XP you can run multiple instances of DVD2SVCD. I wouldn't recomend trying to do anything other then rip with the second instance, but it might be worth trying.

That is one big ass dog. Mine is 60lbs and some call him big.

I wouldn't take any chances although it is possible. If you try to do this, both processes will just run about half as fast as they should, so I doubt you will be saving yourself any time by doing so. If you do try this and get some problems, you should probably try re-ripping the movie before asking questions :D :D
